This person should be ban coz he done it lots of time. I told him not to do it, but he refuse to listen.

This is not considered a bad bump. The topic was still in play. No one was spamming. A bumped topic is a topic that is intentionally and constantly bumped to receive replies that are either on topic or not. Bumping a topic atleast once isn't against the rulez.

Topic needs to be deleted asap, and the user that posted it needs to be burnt at the steak, or banned, either one will work.
