After my (and others) same question being ignored, and a separate post on the subject being shuned and closed without receiving the answer, I found the description elsewhere.
So for those still not speaking "acronym" :
RC - Rift Currency
DCP - Discipline Points
Hey guys I did some research and was able to find out that RC = Rift Currency and DCP = Discipline points! Hope this helps other with the same question!

I set all mine to 800 and they continue to increase.
I would love to be able to change quantity of invintory items. Is that a tall order ? I assume they dont want us to do that since they assign store value $$ to some items. Ferrystones, wakestones, gaol keys such. Would be nice to have upgrade mats...or mabe a ez upgrde option. Totally understand game is a pain to work on. Im happy with what I have. Also happy to submit requests.

Use the first RC to whatever you want 2 = 1 3=0 4=1 as Caliber stated, And about the items just open up cosmos and change the Value type to ( Byte ) then scan type should stay in ExactValue and scan the number, deposit 1-2 of the said item to the bank. Search the new number on ( Next Scan ) rinse and repeat til you see 1 option left and change value to what you desire
Sorry the 800 was in reply to someones stat question.
The invintory mod I have issues with. When isolating a value it only goes so far..6 or 7 results..then scan and get nothing. Have tried quite a bit. Which is why I asked for invintory item mods. I do have another idea to try tho. I do know how cosmos works, and have been using it. Well..im sure it dose a lot more than what I know, but im not helpless with it.
