Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I have a few questions about the current state of WHEEL SPINS and REWARD SYSTEM.

For past few months I've been getting the same "new badge" or "banner" or similar reward from wheel spins. All I can do is keep it or reject it. So far I've piled up quite a few of those and frankly even tried once to use one of the award to change my banner, but got no response from CH. That was quite a while back and I don't have any issue with the change or no change. The issue I have is the Spins tends to always give us those options instead of RC credits, and even if they do, it's only the lowest value RC option most of the time.
Now what I am asking for is, is there a way we can just have more RC options on the WHEEL SPINS? I would rather get some RC than none and it takes a whole month before getting some, assuming the probability is in your favor. As for banner or profile image, perhaps we can just have the option to pick our own? I know what that would cause (wink wink) but perhaps we could have restrictions. However even that is not the thing I am worried about. My interest is in receiving some if not a lot of RC by the end of a monthly Wheel Spins. Any chance we can get that?

No plans to change the wheel at this time. I have discussed this several times recently and am not going to go into it again.
