Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I won a free game from the Monthly wheel and I got an email stating that I would get another asking me what I would like. I then had another stating that. However this was during the winter sale. I believe it is over and I think price will go past the amount allocated . Would I get another email asking me to choose another or how does that work?
