If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

NumPad4: No Hunger
NumPad5: No Thirst
NumPad6: No Tiredness
NumPad7: No Bowel and Bladder Needs

NumPad9: No Mushroom Need
Multiply: No Smoke Need
Add: Max Mental Health
Subtract: No Ducks Need
Decimal: Super Walk Speed
Divide: Super Jump

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

I'm using Aurora to launch the game and still, when I activate the cheats I still can die.

try opening the game manually from steam then open the trainer in Aurora

never mind my post can be deleted. it seems to be working now for me. like they pop up but now can't kill me. I don't know what happened I got off and left it alone and now I turn it on and it's working today.
