  Is Lifetime Plus Tier 7?

    Just curious but is Lifetime Plus Tier 7? or are they different? If they are different I hadn't found a monthly for a Tier 7 but one for the Lifetime Plus . There is how ever the top of the screen notification where I could pay for Tier 7 at a one time payment . I just don't want to double pay.
