nope, when those two options are "off" you can yell even when no one is in sight, so that's not the reason - even if yes, probably those options conflict with some game code

The feature works perfectly. However, what I would like to recommend is the play time adjustment function. This is because there are items that can be used in the game only if i have a high rank.

No more options will be added to this multiplayer focused game.

We UNRETIRED this, due to several people asking us to unretire it, so please be happy with the options we did. The game has several things that are server based, multiplayer focused, and so we are not adding more to this title

If there is too many complaints, I'll just retired it again. Note that nobody else had a working trainer nor some of the options we have as of the time we posted the new trainer. So it's highly likely we are ALREADY being copied and ripped off by other sources who are suddenly now "updating their trainer" or table.

Bring our buddies over and they will do the work for you.

I have no other suggestions. This game not the easiest to work on and I spent hours to give you some very useful and good options, and I am not going back to it. The trainer was retired before yesterday.

just a note to anyone using this that knife attacks and probably tripwire bombs will still kill you with No Damage on.
