SQL Error on Feedback, Complaints or Problems Message Board - Page 1

I'm not sure where to post this, so I apologize if this is not the correct place. But I got a Microsoft SQL error when trying to click on my RC Balance. The error is as follows:

Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 11.0 error '80040e07'

The conversion of a varchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.

/rewards.asp, line 33

I am using Edge for my browser and I have Win10 for my OS.
