The time on the website does not match on Feedback, Complaints or Problems Message Board - Page 1

Hello, I live in Brazil, and the CH website, even if configured correctly as per the attached image, does not correspond to the correct time. Here it is currently midnight, 12:14 pm, but on the website it is marked as 7:14 pm. Brazil's time zone is GMT -3 (Brasília)
