I, for one, really appreciate the staff at CH for their dedication to their craft. I have been a member since 2009 and first used a trainer from CH in 2006 (Virtua Tennis: World Tour), and I have had nothing but a blast using the CH trainers.
The squeaky wheel gets the most attention. Complainers just complain and hardly ever have anything positive to say anyway. I know it is hard at times to stay motivated when there is so much negativity thrown at you all. I encourage you all to concentrate more on the positive comments from those who don't feel "entitled" to having a trainer do what, have what, and at the timing of a trainer's release or patch for their selfish benefit.
Come on CH patrons, let's shower the staff with more love and likes than complaints.
