I did my spins that came with the big upgrade package and I got an alias change, so I clicked to accept that and it said a request has been put in for support to do this for me, it's been a while, how long does this usually take?

Usually an automatic reply comes very quick. Have you checked you spam mail or logged into zendesk to check status?

I'm sorry, I do not know what zendesk is, I have been watching my inbox on the site here. I certainly do not have an email and I do check my spam folder. I did not know the process for this so I had just been watching my inbox here, I am sorry I could not find any info on this.

So we use zendesk for support tickets and you should have received a email from there regarding this.
You can sign up to zendesk and check status, just make sure to use the same email as the website.

Thank you for the instruction, I signed up using my email which I use here, I found the area with requests, it is empty. I hope you can see my wheel spins results, I clicked on that when I won to accept the change and banked another, though I have no idea where these banked ones are kept?

The banked ones are under "My settings" and then "Prize wheel".
However if you already claimed one I suggest making a new support ticket while on there and say you already have claimed one it we should be able to get sorted out.

Now there in lies the answer! I see the list of unclaimed and claimed prizes, despite the fact I pushed the button to claim it right after the wheel spin it seems it did not go through, I count 20 prizes here so this mystery has been solved, thanks to your help. I will just click it on the page you have led me to and then it should work properly. Thanks for your guidance.

I hope it works, the request section on the zendesk site remains blank after doing this. Hopefully it just takes time 🙂
