Are Favor Tokens is it something can be added or is it something server-side?

Please submit an option request and if approved/funded then we will try and add it.
Please use the trainer option request system for requesting new options be added to this trainer and/or vote on options already requested.
You can also try and use CoSMOS to see if you can change the amount and it "sticks" and works when trying to utilize them. That might give you an indication if it is server sided or not.

I believe it will added once your earn one. because the other token got add after I earn 1 then the trainer gave 99999
but i haven't got this token yet

You get them pretty easily from pickpocket. The trainer will give you more with an option we already have. You just have to have at least one, and then turn that option on and then enter the BAG to look at your values.
