After playing the game for about 4 hours it became obvious that there were serious balance issue with some of the characters. All in all this was the first and last product I buy from Blizzard. Even at the easiest level it is a grind because of the balance issues.
It feels that for $60 I get to borrow the game for the period of time I play. Save your money and play Baldurs Gate..much better and is complete.

I quite agree, Diablo 3 was way easy to my taste (also unbalanced) but this one is an absolute mess, some of the bosses are impossible to take down by some factions and you most definitely will need some friends help.

I enjoyed Diablo 4 all the way through level 70. It was at that point that it finally occurred to me that it was pointless to continue. I had already beat Lilith and cleared the entire map in Tier 4. The only boss left in the game was "Lilith's Echo" and this required me to get to level 100. For some stupid reason I pushed through it, thinking that it must be some amazing experience...and I was totally wrong. I could have invested dozens of hours into something more fun than spamming the same dungeons over and over and over 😓. There was nothing special about defeating Echo Lilith except for a slight "pat on the back." Seriously, dozen's of hours wasted just to fight one boss fight that lasted about 15 minutes. All the while, I felt like I was being pressured to visit the Cash Shop for new skins to "enhance" the experience. Then the first "Season" hit and it was another slap in the face--not only does it require more $$$ to actually complete, it adds nothing of value to the game.

I'm sure people still defend and enjoy D4, and that's great for them. But I am still convinced that Diablo II (with its DLC) was the peak of the Diablo series--the rest of the series are cash grab bug fests.
