Figured it out: I was an idiot and was loading the game after saving before editing values. I still made a video if you want me to send it private to you as I see some people being maybe confused as it populates names a little weird sometimes with you inherieting parts of others names. Might want to also warn people to take into account the base 8 system of the game. So the points in the editor follow the:

8+(any bonuses from primary/secondary)+x
x being the variable of points to add after equation leading up to it to achieve you desired score. Example: Charisma on a Sorcerer whom has set that stat as Primary would be 8+2 (primary stat bonus)=10 so if you want 18 you need to make it so 8 points is added to that stat.
