If I'm using the Mass Effect 1 trainer and I quit that game and want to use the Mass Effect 2 trainer, how can I do that without closing Aurora?

click the X in the top left area of Aurora and then you can open a different trainer

It should be the same as with any trainer in Aurora. There is an "X" on the top left when you have a trainer running. This will gracefully close the running trainer and return you to the Aurora home screen. Assuming you have the ME trainer as a favorite just click on it and run as normal, choosing the next trainer you want to use. As long as you always use the Close Trainer option, you shouldn't need to entirely close Aurora after use.
