Aurora Features Requests Discussion

I have followed the steps in the video to a T and for some reason, I just can not get this to work with any of my games. It won't detect any games. I have tried with Forspoken, ghost recon, and crash bandicoot 4. Aurora says the game not running for all games even though it is and I know there are trainers for all of these games. Does it matter if a game is installed on an SD card or not? I do have my games on an SD instead of the SSD Any help would be appreciated!

SD or not shouldn't matter. You are speaking about Steamdeck? This could mean you're not running Aurora in the same Proton instance of the game.

Are you using Steamtinker in steam game options?
Have you set Aurora as custom command for this game in Steam Tinker menu?

I apologize, I should have mentioned the platform. Yes, I am attempting this on steam deck. Yes, I have set compatibility mode to use steam tinker and I am able to get to the game menu where I need to select custom command and fork custom command. The custom command is set to Aurora and everything launches as it should just no games are detected. should I be forcing a specific proton version? I am following the steps exactly as they are in the video on your site whatever the video says to do is exactly what I am doing. What would I need to do to make sure Aurora is in the same proton instance as the game?
