Add your points and open Character Info tab then go ahead and upgrade your character for the changes to take effect.
the changes will take effect ONLY when you upgrade your chracter and each time you add points this field will reset itself to zero but gets added to the upgrade points and for this to work properly your character level should be at the beginner level.
Warning: Do not go for higher values above 70 otherwise game might bug out and block the upgrades so use it at your own risk, I strongly advice to upgrade your character manually.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
