It feels weird that you say "You dont need that" when you obviously don't know what Aurora is doing. Aurora needs admin rights even outside of a trainer:

    - We do have to use the registry to register Aurora's file protocol handler which the website uses
    - We to listen to launched processes outside of trainers, check the 'Process Watcher' settings in Aurora. Its used for quick access to the trainer.
    - File access is not about settings (which btw are placed in appdata) or log files but also accessing library/trainer files. For some games we need to temporarily copy them to other places or rename them.

And even if we would find alternatives for all of that and ways around. We are talking about dropping admin rights just for the time you launch Aurora up to the point where you open a trainer. And everytime you want to do something in Aurora which then requires admin rights, you would have to restart Aurora. Because a process cannot "magically gain" admin rights. For processes where it looks like they can, they use/launch a silent sub process with admin rights doing the work instead.

If you worry about security then I recommend you put Aurora and the games into a sandbox or use a virtual machine.
