Does the game match the trainer version or has it had a separate update on gamepass?
Most likely you would anyways have to post a file update request for this.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Eh not gonna bother. The trainer never worked for gamepass. I came by from the notification that my request was fulfilled. It is just the classic run around on small game with few players that never actually gets a trainer.
