I just tested the trainer and it still works as intended.
I did a cross check of the trainer because NONE of the extra options are working (train condition etc.,) Sure enough Aurora only has Hotfix 2 not 3.

Version number isn’t important, does the trainer activate? What happens when you press F1 at main menu?
Are you sure you’re using the latest trainer?

The game updated 4 days after you posted the last trainer. They broke something. I use Aurora, it's safe to say I'm using the latest trainer.

If the recent update has broken the trainer somehow, then you would have to post what is broken and any other relevant information in an update report. That is the system we use to determine if trainers breaks due to updates or other stuff.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I tested both steam and gamepass versions last night and everything was still working so if something isn’t working for you and when I’m not able to reproduce then how am I supposed to fix it?
Record the gameplay with your selected options enabled so I could see what’s wrong otherwise I won’t be able to help.
And lastly I need your save game plus more in depth details.

If something isn't working, as here the editor, then you need to put that in an update request for us. That is only way we can get it to testers and then trainer maker for fixing.
