Probably best to not use ANY options until you have been in combat and gathered some resources during the initial tutorial part of the game.
Super Health:
Toggle this on and then toggle on Super Combat. Your team will get no damage and many of the enemies and their buildings will take massive damage.
Super Combat:
Make sure Super Health is on.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

FYI, in the Game Pass version, the Super Combat trainer option appears to also apply to the enemy; ie; they can one-shot your structures.
It's possible. The trainer is trying to isolate you and your army team, nothing more. The damage occurs to everything else.
This game, it's a miracle we were able to do that, so likely leave off super damage if that is something you are worried about. The option is best used when you are attacking the enemy bases, rather than while defending.
The game can be completed pretty much in 2 hours or less with the super damage option on and you just head into enemy territory and one shot their portals once you've unlocked some of the items needed to bust through walls, etc.
