Already did this as i have low post count and it prompted me with troubleshooting advise.

The fix for "Script error in line 3: 'UIStatsDisplay:Update+500' is 0 or not a valid address" is usually running game and Aurora as admin.
As you stated you have already, then it must be something else wrong.
I suggest you put in an update request.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

ACTIVATE TRAINER AS DIRECTED IN INSTRUCTIONS..
Trainer is up to date and working as intended..
"Activate trainer at main menu.
Try ALL OPTIONS at main menu first, then toggle them back OFF then load into game.
This is to avoid AOB errors because the game is made with UNITY."

I can't even activate any options because the trainer itself fails to activate

run the game and the trainer as an admin to fix that error message
