I can confirm that Aurora is not using the updated version. On my Aurora screen when I click to use the trainer, it is still showing 03-08-2023 steam version. The list states the the 04-13-2023 version is both Steam and Epic.
03/08/2023 is the Steam Game version not the trainer version. Trainer version date is 04/13/2023. For me Online & Offline trainers are the same running verion & is correct. I've also tried all the older version trainers with the same 'Failed' results & Aurora is running the trainer version I chose in each case (On & Off-line). There is nothing wrong with Aurora.

if you have an issue with the trainer I would suggest putting in an update request
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
If you want you can spend RC to put in 3 update requests and boost the trainer priority at this Link
While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.
As the game was originally released on the windows/xbox store before any other platform, not having a trainer for this version is completely unreasonable!
Trainers are made by requests, including what platform. So if it doesn't have the original platform then it wasn't requested at the time. You are welcome to request it.
To submit a request for a new distribution platform, please use our trainer requests system. Once at least 5 people request the same distribution, it will be available for funding. Please do NOT use the trainer option request system to request new platforms as they will be denied. Premium members at any level may request a new distribution as long as it’s done through the normal request system.
I did, and my request was rejected. Got some message saying they were unable to do it or something like that and refunded my rc.

I did submit the issue of not working for steam. When I did it appeared after mine there were a total 5 submitals.
