I find the game page for In Sound Mind on here but when I press the download trainer button I get sent to a page with 404 on it and it says I'm dead??? Can anyone suggest what the problem is?

I would suggest opening the trainer in Aurora

Is this a new requirement for your trainers? Do I have to use Aurora? Just wondering... I try to keep things as simple as I can. Will Aurora be required for future trainers? Thanks for your time.

Yes, Aurora is required for all new and updated trainers as of March of 2022.
