I went through and tested on my game, it seems that the "Unlimited Camp Fire" will always fail (for me at least). The "Easy kills" was hit or miss. Hope this helps!

Yes Left shift is unlimited camp fire. I don't really use it but as I said it is the run fast hot key too.
I think Campfire is the only Option that don't work
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
