I have put ion update request for this trainer but did not have a save game during battle to add, I have since restarted a new game and come across the same problem freeze after battle if using trainer options. I have now made a save during battle but have not been able to update my original request so I post it here and attatch the file hope this is helpful.

Hi, nothing is attached try google drive and send me the link.
Enemies Won't Attack on Their Turn was the culprit causing save game corruption and I removed it, it should work fine now,new trainer will be up shortly.

I have put in a report on this, but I am checking if anyone else has the problem. Started a new game, only used options 1, 2, and 3. Got to the point where I was prompted to go to town to split the plunder. Saved the game, went into share the plunder and the game froze. Attempted to reload the game from the save I made, and it hung too.

save game before where this happened and step by step instructions on reproducing this please.
yesterday I spent 2 hours in this game using all of the options and saving then exiting the game then loading the save without any issues so I need an instruction to reproduce this.

Do you want the game saves that are located in this directory?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\249441425\1604250\remote\savegames
and The file name looks like this: save0.trt
I tried yesterday and it still locked up on me, but I'll try to get you a game file next time I can duplicate it.
