After using the resource control method 1 along with set everything to max, now gets me stuck on a black screen after sleeping.
Any suggestions how to progress to the next day? My game is broken now.
I have the same problem，loading a pervious save doesnt work, always get the same black screen at the same point
But I think its the game’s problem but the trainer
Tried to contact 2K support team to see if they have a solution
Your best bet would be to spend a ton of resources before going to bed in game. There seems to be some issue if you have too many resources that when you go to sleep it just hangs. I used Cosmos to fix this issue before, but since they put in their anti-cheat I can no longer use it
Funny thing is if i load previous save i can go to sleep but when i play to a certain ponit(same day in-game time), the black screen will happen after sleep;
I guess it only happen at the same time of the game, not sure why
Do you have any idea which resource might be causing this?
If resource control method 1 works for you then try to set the resources individually rather than activating set everything to max see if that solves the issue.

Honestly not sure, when I went through with Cosmos I lowered everything to about 1000 or less. And I don't have the save file anymore, so can't share it

Do you have the address for those resources in cosmos? I want to try to low those resources; Hope it will solve my problem as well…
I think the 999,999 friendship levels was causing an issue. I went through 2 games where I got stuck on permanent blackscreens after I started maxing out friendship levels way to early in the game.
I created a brand new save and have maxed all resources except for the compliments and I haven't had any issues.
This is just my own observation after being very frustrated with my first two play through getting stuck in endless sleep black screens. Take it for what it's worth.

It is the compliments and hero friendship level causing this issue; If you have a hero who has a friendship level over 5, the level could still be upgranded with no limit every morning, so if the friendship level is someting like 999999, the game will crash after you sleep;
But there is no need to create a new save; you could edit the friendship level with the trainer; I solved the problem this way

Just a little suggestion, maybe could change the max compliments to like 1000? Now it goes to 999999 and make hero friendship levels to the same 999999; It will cause a crash after sleep when you have a lv5 friendship hero
