Often when I see giveaways online they don't apply to my region (Australia). Is this the issue with this prize draw?

What is this about a form in PDF that needs to be filled and sent by mail to Texas?
That's something new, as I haven't seen it before today?
If I need to send it, even tomorrow, at the earliest, it will not arrive to USA until 17th of December, because I live in Croatia, meaning I will not be eligible for Day of Giving Prizes? 🤔

I apologize in advance if I understood something wrong, just that I saw this only today and for me it's too late, if mandatory! 😬

Also, thanks in advance for any info regarding that. 😉

That is ONLY necessary for people that don't have a membership or Tier 7 and want to enter for FREE. It's a requirement for contests. You can disregard if this does not apply to you.

Can I gift my prize wheel rewards for things like Customer Header, Avatar, or Alias changes? I have like 20 of these things that I don't think I will ever user, or if I find that I do want one, I have plenty of RC to just buy it. I didn't know if these were items that could be thrown into a prize pack or not?
