I've never joined DoG yet but looking forward to it.
Right now I could already donate 4 games/DLCs and some wheel spins.
Something I do not quite understand is the form (Link) which has to be filled.
Are we only eligible for any prize when submitting this form?
Is it possible to send it another way like e-mail, PM, etc. instead of standard mail?
I'm asking because I'm not living in the US (or close to) and it might take a long time.
Sorry, I have re-worded the text. It's simply a requirement for giveaways to allow anyone to enter regardless of membership status.
On the subject of that form, what shipping method is used for physical prizes? I ask because I use a different address depending on whether it is FedEx (I work for them so I just have things shipped to the print & ship center I work in), USPS (I keep a PO Box because Porch Pirates), and try not to use UPS (Porch Pirates and ew gross enemy).
It just depends on what we find is the least expensive. Sometimes UPS, sometimes FEDEX and sometimes the good old USPS. Can't really guarantee one or the other unless you win and want to pay for different shipping.

We have like 1600+ games so far with a week to go! We might even break our record for the # of prizes given away. We really hope that everyone who shows up will walk away with at least one prize and many with 2 or more.
Thanks for the info. If I win a physical item I'll just give you my account number for FedEx which will bill me directly with my employee discount already attached.
That would be awesome. Wish I could get a discount on all the stuff we ship out
