Currently, to my knowledge, when you Request a Trainer and put a small amount of reward credits towards it you must wait until four other people make the same request.
I completely understand and agree with the five unique people requirement to make a request as to not overburden the trainer maker, but what is the downside to letting everyone see where each request is at?

My suggestion is to incorporate a feature on the website and/or in Aurora so everyone can see the visibility of the progress of each request (kind of like how you have the Queue feature right now). I understand if that would require too much resources then let only those who made the request see the progress of their individual title(s) when they log in. It would be nice to see how far the request is at instead of waiting for an e-mail stating the outcome.

I want to say the 5 people requirement should stay in place, but what would it hurt to let people see the progress of their request.

Something simple like this when you log in:
Requested Game: Default RPG
Date Requested: 10/16/2022
Number of Requests (including your own): 2 out of 5

I don't have a problem with you guys seeing the data and how screwed up it is when 20 different people spell the game 20 different ways, it's just a matter of the programming resources it would take to make it happen and how much of a priority it is. Our programmer also has his plate full for another month or so and then more stuff comes in during that same time. So...

Just thought I would mention it if in case in the future an opportunity arises and you decide to revisit it. I understand it is a minor request, and I agree the priority for the programmers should be on the major or more urgent stuff.
