From Battle Map, click PERSONNEL TAB on the left.
Need Prestige:
From the BATTLE MAP, click a fleet, then click DATA and the values show up.
Experience:
From the BATTLE MAP, click a fleet, then click DATA then mouse over one of the units on the right side .

Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

This is a turn-based game. Game is 'paused' indefinitely until END TURN. -

I guess you haven't played this game?
This is a turn-based game. Game is 'paused' indefinitely until END TURN.I don't own the play, so went with basic of trainer usage.
If it doesn't work then, and seeing how it's turn based, I suggest you make a report for it.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game.
