Sorry to hear the trainer doesn't work.
I notice a patch for this game on the 19th. That may have broken the trainer. I would suggest if nothing works to post an update report so it can be looked at.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Cannot replicate.

Trainer is for OFFLINE use. Prob won't work in manager mode either, since a lot of that stuff is saved online.

when i launch the game with trainer on, the game kick me out. i try with out trainer game work fine😟

anybody know why this happen ? do i have to put trainer in game files or something ?

Are you sure you are in the offline singleplayer mode? Like the trainer maker mentioned in the post above yours.

well, it's crashing on main menu for me, also in myPlayer

Maybe i should block in/out connection for game? and try it

Tried to use trainer without internet connection and still crashes!!!

The trainer is working fine. Unfortunately, the issue is the game update.

The devs added a new Anti-Cheat in the latest updates. To continue using the trainer you have to replace the NBA2k23.exe file in your Steam library to an older one.

I have done this myself, and been using the trainer without crashes for the past 2 weeks. If mods allow, I can upload the working exe here.
