Let me be first to say thanks for getting this out so quick. Although so far I have not needed a trainer help but it will probably come in handy in later higher level content.

For me the Health and Stamina bars when activated go down to zero but still works fine.

Awesome, so many great options.
The easy upgrade only works for weapons at the moment. The screen shows 99 materials for keys and potions as well but it doesn't actually change the amount.

Tested this trainer with the GOG version of the game. No problem using this. All options working as intended.

Can you upgrade flask and slots as well?

Have not use this option yet.

Yeah, i have exactly the same problem, everything else works great.
I've filled update request, maby you can do it too?
