I highly doubt that would be a option we could add via the coding the trainer works on.

While running the double pick up option the game gave me extra quest items and i cant remove them from my inventory. Is there a inventory edit we can do to like remove a item or something like that?

Unfortunately due to the complexity of the game's code making an inventory editor isn't possible.
