my trainer isn't working. I cant link aurora to my oculus app. so I'm unable to use what I purchased. also I purchased 2 offline keys that I never received as well as the spins.

Given I don't know anything about VR, but what makes Aurora different than a stand-alone trainer attaching or "linking" to your Oculus App? Doesn't it just need to hook into the game once it's running? Also, the offline keys are processed manually and typically within 12 hours so please be patient.
