So far it seems the console command cheats are to add items into your inventory.... everything in the trainer is still very useful with the exception it seems of the item editor.

Editor doesn't appear to be working. Put unsullied heart in first slot (top-left most) and changed number, but nothing happens. Freezing/unfeezing does nothing either.
Am I doing this correctly?
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

You put an item in slot #1 then change the value, then move that item over a slot and the number should update.

Tell me, did you die and retake your inventory items? That might have to do with the option not working. I need to test it again with a new character.
I think the console makes the item inventory option pointless. The non-editor cheats are still useful, such as Infinite Blood Pool.
Copy that, inventory option(s) removed with next update.
