Overkill damage is now applied to Executionner with "Meat Armor" gear
Executionner "Meat Armor": heal 50 -> 40 hp per stack

Bug Fix

Fixed Atreides Sustainable Spying not working on the second traits from Thuffir Hawat
Fixed recruitment cancellation on multiplayer
Fixed Village textures not being updated when annexed by a faction on multiplayer
Fixed Harkonnen Gunners' "Blood Thinner" gear removing 50% life instead of 25% in some situations

It has to end at some point, but to be honest the game feels like it's very badly optimized, like a program that re-runs all of its calculations on a "on change" basis. There's a LOT to improve, so probably patching will go on for a while
