Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello, I'm writing to convey some confusion and disappointment in the new Aurora systems. While I do think its wonderful, I am frequently without a steady internet connection, and now that Aurora has gone out I discover that I'm not able to use offline keys to use the trainers. When I try to download a offline key in Aurora, it tells me that I'm not allowed. Will I have to pay a higher subscription now in order to get that offline key? Being out in the middle of nowhere with my PC is a solace I hold dear. And I've relied on your wonderful trainers for years now. 😐

Yes, Aurora offline keys are reserved for Lifetime PLUS members or those that purchased them from our online store (Link) while available.
