With the new gaming laptops coming out without number pads. If anyone has purchased one within the last year, what have you purchased as compatible external num pad that works with trainers?

I think most just change the keybind to a different key by clicking on one of the default numpad # on the trainer window, a box appears and you can input a different keybind (also works with combos so Shift + A works etc incase you use most of the keys in a game).
Just a thought,

Usually any external numpad should work, as long as its just a simple numpad and not a touchpad with icons or something like that.
We also have mobile apps or ingame overlay. In Aurora you can also set a default starting key from Numpad 1 to something else like F1. Then all new games where no saved hotkeys exist don't start with Numpad 1 but with F1 then, so you don't have to rebind the hotkeys all the time.
