Reason: one touch button to clean trainer temp folder

Full Details (As much information as possible): I looked in the setting of Aurora and did not see the one touch button to clean the trainer temp folder that was in the trainer manager and was wonder if this was still needed when using Aurora, It has saved me a few times when having issue with old trainers not working with a newer trainer, this feature might not be necessary using aurora but wanted to see if that could be added that if it needed at all, it was easier to use the one button than having to do it all manually as it saved a lot of time.

This is a good idea, but only for legacy trainers while we have so many that have not been converted to Aurora yet. We will add this hopefully on the next Aurora beta release. Thanks.
