That's right boys and girls, our first internal version was released a few days ago and has passed with flying bugs colors and so we are ready to move to phase 2 which is the BETA release to our Kickstarter backers that backed at Tier 1 and above. Note that this does NOT include those that purchased items through our Backerkit store. I have created a special item in the store now for those that wish to purchase access to the beta and help us test and give feedback and feature requests for the final version to hopefully be released within the next few weeks. Note that all invites for the closed BETA will be sent to your PM inbox SOMETIME MONDAY, JANUARY 24. Please watch for them. Check your SPAM folder if you get email notifications of your PMs. The link to download will be in there. ONLY those that pledged or purchased access will be allowed to login to the app so don't think that you will be able to share it with a friend unless you also share your credentials which is a big no-no and could get your account banned.

Anyways, more info will be posted on the 24th regarding what is working/not working in this release, how to report bugs/issues/feature requests/etc.

Imagine paying for access to beta test someone's product for them but if a game has more than one patch a month, oh no early access is bad let's retire this game for a year

Yeh, it's exactly the same. Don't like it? Don't pay and go away. No one forcing you to be here or participate in anything. Also, we put games ON HOLD when they patch EVERY DAY for a MONTH not ONE PATCH a MONTH, so stop being so over dramatic. Troll.

Yeah that comment was completely unnecessary. We wanted to give something in return for those who wanted to support us via kickstarter, we haven't sold it. Getting hands early on something is an actual very common thing for Kickstarter projects. Anyone with early access don't have to give any feedback at all and we do not collect any logs etc. So you cannot speak about (beta) testing. The side note about us retiring early access games is also exaggerated, PWizard explained why.

Exactly.... many people pay $69.95 for a game that is at version 0.01 and is less than 10% finished. Star Citizen anyone? The biggest selling game in the history of video games that has never even been released. So sad.
