Sorry to hear that, I have been in a similar situation for the last 5 days when my NEW PC failed to boot up and I have been using a less than favorable backup PC while I continue working on the new one as time allows. Maybe I should just use the KS money and get myself a nice brand new PC from OriginPC or Maingear or even Ironside. At least then I know they will work out of the box.
Secondly, thank you other guys for stepping up in her absence and I hope she gets her PC back up and running soon. Please keep us posted.
