If I need to reinstall the system, do I need to unbind the offline key or download it directly? Is CH bound to account or computer? And this can be run by several computers together, is only run by themselves can not be shared pair

Offline key is matched to the PC's hardware/software. Major change means you need a new key.

After I got the new key, did the old key become invalid? I am now in China. For some reason, THE PC cannot access the official website of CH, but the mobile iphone can.
