It is just curiosity because i believe this is hardcoded and not editable... It was not on Forza Horizon 4 But if any of the team can say this is possible i will happily put a request and fund it
Things like this would be looked into on request of option to see if it is possible.
Money option is stuck at 100,000 and will not allow me to select what amount I want.
Turn it on, it'll set itself to 100,000. Once you do that, change the number to what you want. I think 999,999,999 is the max you can give yourself.
After you edit, your level will be corrupt and you have to do a race or 2 or find xp boards until you level up to make it normal. Spend some money. When your level isnt 10 ^ 999999 then you're good to go. Log off and then log back in to check if the changes saved.
So from my experiences so far, after adding credits(999m) and turning off the cheat, do a race so your rank goes back to whatever rank you was. after that i was able to load up the game fine, still had my money, still able to play online. all i did was edit money, i dont plan on using the other options but if you do use it, your risk of getting ban skyrockets even more than so keep that in mind. THERE IS STILL A RISK NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO AS YOUR CHEATING!
May I know does your stats for fast travel boards, bonus boards, Barns find etc, all become 999m as well after you added the credits?
sorry i never got back to you, it may be late but my stats for boards, barn finds, etc did not become 999m. I guess its due to i went straight to a race instead of doing boards or barn find, and i completed the race which fixed the XP.
Adding credits option seems to have issues with updating or modifying the statistics of a player's data, and results in changing some of these statistics to whatever the amount of credits was changed. This has been reported by several users already in the recent comments despite clarification of the method used by another user, I tried to make it as clear as possible about how the method should be done the best by asking the user of their specific steps. Still some users are facing issues, including Dave272 who has just commented now confirming that adding credits option will change the values of statistics, causing some users to want to restart the game.
In my personal instance, I have found the changes to be made to the following statistics:
Showcases won, horizon exhibitions completed, speed traps completed, speed zones completed, danger signs completed, trailblazer gates completed, 1000xp boards smashed, 3000xp boards smashed, bonus boards smashed, fast travel boards smashed, landmarks discovered.
It seems there is some confliction with the credits data and the data of these statistics. I'm not sure how to go about posting a request to the devs to look into this if they can but if someone knows how to do it, it would be great.

I have the same issue. The trainer works great, would be nice if this got fix to avoid a ban.
