Hi i tried to put an update but the info says that it's needed a lifetime membership to request an update and a minimum of 3 updates are needed, rn there is only 1.

I'm also having the same issue but i can't request an update as my collegue here.

Today’s hotfix (July 12th) addresses some specific stability and performance issues, that we felt could not wait for our next patch.
Please Note: As part of downloading to this new Hotfix build, any saved games and observable matches made on previous builds will be unable to be loaded or replayed.

Is this with the latest trainer after the most recent game update?
If so I suggest you a file update request. Not much else to do with AOB faults sadly.
