Iv tried everything from disabling anti virus and firewalls but winzip and even winrar refuse to download as it says virus detected so not sure whats going on with this as I tried both trainers and get the same error message.

If you don't clear a flagged false positive from the protection history/quarantine area or set it to allow it will just keep removing it. Even if you set the exclusion folder. If it is browser related turn of the safe browsing feature to DL it.
