Another pro argument for an AIO is that it has no dependencies because it can be 80mb large and nobody will complain. With thousands of trainers we have to keep the size as smallest as possible. In an AIO app you can simply add everything it needs to run and it just runs. No more "Download this .NET runtime" "But I did still not working" "No you need x64 and x86" "I have" "Version 3.1?" "Oh, now it works" and no more "Download this RGB file" and "Download this Edge runtime".

In MY opinion, if its done right, AIO has only benefits. For both users and developers, but I really want to be honest and let you know before you are agreeing with me that an offline mode will be the most difficult part. And I do know that the offline mode we have is a huge advantage over our competitors which all require permanent internet connection. We're currently evaluating the possibilities regarding offline mode and AIO...

Think you given all of us what WE want for long enough, may be about time to let us let YOU do YOUR thing to make YOUR lives easier and not just do it because "Hey this other site does it or I seen them do this thing". Let CH be CH and show em all why your the best. Lord knows you got enough on your plate as is, just do what you want cuz so far it's been good.

After careful consideration, we have decided that we WILL be moving forward with the development of an All-in-One application and I can guarantee you that it will be better than anything else out there today. Learn how YOU can help to shape the app a little later today. Thanks everyone for your input both here and on our recent poll.

If you are going for an AIO, consider to integrate fully your awesome CoSMOS in it too.
Take also your time to plan and design a functional and efficient interface for it. (no offence, but the trainer manager wasn't up to standards)

    Cheers

and where exactly do we find these "standards" listed?

I must have missed the notice about the vote, however I will say this.

I am a paying member of CH and of another well known trainer group who currently uses an "AIO" platform. I literally only went there cause they have a fully working PayDay2 trainer and one for Police Simulator. That being said, I have noticed that the AIO has some pretty nice benefits. One in particular is that when I download a game or reinstall one etc., it sees it and the trainer is ready and waiting. There is also the fact that regardless of age or last update they all work with the in-game overlay via the windows game bar so I just hit {Start}+G and then tick off my options. They also have iOS support for the mobile control which is a big plus.

Now, on the other hand, in many situations such as American Truck Sim, Euro Truck Sim, The Sims 4, and Control, the AIO says that the trainer is not compatible with the build version and you have to click a few extra buttons to use cause the game was updated without changing actual code and so the trainer thinks its broken but it works fine and you have to do this EVERY time you want to load. Another mark on their system is that when you are switching options with the keyboard hot-keys you get audio feedback that an option was toggled. If you do it with the phone app you just have to hope it works and you don't turn to a bullet sponge cause it didn't sync proper.

There really are pros and cons to both sides of the AIO but for me at least, the cons are not enough to make me think the AIO is a bad idea. If I don't have internet its likely cause I have no power and I am not using my computer anyway at that point so needing to be "always on" has not been an issue for me to date and I have been using them now for almost the entirety of 2021. Your mileage may vary?

We have been working from day 1 to get our iOS app approved by Apple but they have denied us every time for this reason or that reason. We have a new build which we hope will satisfy all their requirements which apparently they didn't enforce on the other AIO you are speaking of, and will be uploading it tomorrow for approval. So it's not that we ignored iOS, the app was ready at the same time as Android, it's that Apple has been being a **** and not accepting it despite our best efforts.

1st things 1st, I will fall on my sword here and now and say I apologize to you and any of the dev team here at CH if it came across like I was knocking CH for not having iOS support. I am very aware of Apple and their draconian system for getting things approved. So if any of the devs thought I was, then I am absolutely sorry, it was not my intention. I was trying to point out that the AIO I was talking about doesn't provide any means of feedback that the buttons you press on the phone actually worked so sometimes you think you activated an option and then get mowed down by a hail of gunfire.. Hopefully, that is something that can be implemented here.

I only knew about the concept of the AIO from trying to find a PayDay 2 trainer that wasn't a virus or required spending 25,500 Rubles to a person I have never met that won't accept PayPal as a payment.. "Side note, yes.. If I thought the person was legit and they took PayPal I would have dropped roughly $200 USD on a trainer. PayDay 2 has replayability don't judge me. 🤡" But as it turned out the people with the AIO system have a fully working trainer since the Developers walked back a lot of the protection they put in cause they realized people like modding the game and there is the entire off-line side of it so they made appropriate changes. That's where I discovered that it just scans where your programs get installed and sets up the trainer files for all the games automatically.

Trainers are kind of like streaming services.. You may have Netflix or amazon prime, but then find out the show you really want to watch is on HuLu so you have to subscribe to both. I don't think one is better than the other, its just that one has games the other doesn't. Maybe I am a little Bias towards one but I have been here for a decade this month.. There are games like House Flipper, and Farming Sim, American Truck Sim, and especially Car mechanic Sim 2021 that the other people have too but their trainers just don't compete with the options that CH has.. So granted I use the other one for a few games that CH doesn't support anymore or has on hold, but if the choice to go AIO for Cheat Happens is what has been made, then I will be here for the next 10 years and my CH-AIO will be in the taskbar...

We don't judge anyone who also subscribes to our competitors. We only like to know why and what we did wrong so we can improve ourselves further. Also please don't compare AIO from competitors with our AIO. There are a lot of difference of how we are doing things and how our competitors are doing it. I for myself, for all the things I am doing at CH, are always trying to understand our customers and what they think is #1 priority for me. Only your feedback can help me / us to improve us. If you think we sucks thats fine but please let us know why (you don't necessarily have to think we suck but... you know what I mean...). Customer feedback is very important. The AIO app should solve a lot of problems but if you feel like there is room for improvements, just le me / us know. The earlier the better.

Would like to test your/our new AIO as soon as it gets out of pre-alpha 🙂

If there is a way to make it so the mobile "companion" app has the same audio feedback that the shortcut keys do then I can cay for sure that would be a huge win!

Also, an option to "close to tray" cause lets face it, muscle memory is a blessing and a curse and sometimes I don't realize that I hit the X instead of minimize and my Trainer Manager is closed and I have to launch it again and then wait for any updates.

I know TM2.0 will minimize to the tray, but if CH-AIO aka "chow" can close to tray it would be mint!
