First off i want to thank you guys for at least coming out with a few updates here and there despite putting this trainer "on hold" which is alot better than how I last saw things for this trainer and a few others.
I still think we your customers should be able to use our RC points to boost update priorities of frequently updated games like Icarus if we don't pay enough for enough priority then we have to deal with slow updates and that is fair.
Having 100k's of rc points and feeling like they are worthless because any time a game needs to be frequently updated it goes on hold leaves a bad taste in our mouths in terms of our value as consumers, and the value of your website currency.
This is why i ended up canceling my lifetime plus membership and not supporting aurora because i didn't feel like my contributions meant anything in the long run. That and being forced to go elsewhere for the games I was currently playing.
That aside I hope to see great things going forward now that the first iteration of aurora is out. I've been a long time lurker, user & then supporter and just want to see CH back up on #1 spot for most trainers of new and popular games that I am playing.
I understand your line of thought. It simply doesn't change anything.
We have three programmers making trainers, ICARUS is one of those games that is updating so frequently you'd need almost need a dedicated programmer. The fact of the matter is this is not a scenario that will end in a positive response for either direction. If we accepted RC for trainer updates for hold games, you would blow through 100K+ for every trainer update and then the all the games that would normally be updated for the majority of players would be delayed.
Our guys work nearly around the clock, for titles that need a complete rebuild (taking several hours if not a day to make) almost weekly all it's doing is taking their attention away from trainers that don't need to be updated weekly.
Doing that would result in worse feedback from countless more people.
It's a no win scenario, other companies can focus on certain games and offer less overall support. We go for a broad spectrum of games. Sometimes we make the hard choice, that's business.
CH has to take the needs of all of it's members in to account over the needs of a few. Programmers are expensive and no one wants to see the cost of everything go up. With that in mind they have to be best utilized for the majority of people.

Please stop leaning back on 'they patch every week and the cheat will be broken 24 hours later' argument. It feels bad/disingenuous to the users but I suspect that it comes from the perspective that this is not a game you actually play, otherwise you might feel differently.
As has previously been stated the weekly patches are content changes and/or updates to behaviors of other parts of the game and not the interactive mechanics the trainer works with. The state of the trainer right now is that it is unstable but functions which I think also supports the facts that the things the trainer interact with have not materially changed in the last 2+ months.
At this point I'm just advocating on behalf of new users, I've lost faith that any action will be taken.
I'm telling you why the trainer maker has put the game On Hold.
As someone who Does play the game and Has worked with Cosmos with this game, I Agree with the status being On Hold.
You are intitled to your opinion, however it doesn't change the facts.
This is the way it will be for some time. I wish you the best of luck in the meantime and as always your more than welcome to try your own hand at Cosmos.
While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.
New trainer was posted July 7. Game literally patched 2 hours later.

Can't make this up.

No good deed...
I both love and dislike their weekly updates - it's nice to see them working so hard, but so much changes week to week that it makes it a pain to play knowing it will all be broken the following week

It's not a "fallback". It's simply the reality.

and it continues.
We put out a new trainer to have something at least newer and up to date last week. Like clockwork, it updates a week later. And will continue to do so.
is there something amazingly new each week? no. Probably could drop all this patching and do some REAL PLAY TESTING with a core group for 2-3 months and WORK OUT ALL THE BUGS FOR REAL on the back side. But they choose to utilize user base as PAYING quality control and bug testers. And after years of using you this way, where you've 'paid for early access' like it's some kind of special favor to you, they continue to use you for free to bug test their game.
If there is some really "new" thing or major change or something, then of course it may be time to revisit the game. But upgrading to latest Unity or Unreal engine, or the new compiler, or 'balance changes' that somehow blow up 3/4 of the functions structures week after week. It's silly.
I hate that not all members can understand that digging dirt out of the pool every week, week after week, isn't something we can do in perpetuity while maintaining the rest of the yard, but it is what it is.
best,
Cal
