Can someone tell me when this beta experimental stuff is over? When does this game come out for real? Is there something new they are doing in these weekends? What is the purpose of it?

This is the last weekend of beta 20-21 November

The devs have been releasing extra areas and content every 2 weeks since beta started, and this weekend is the last beta weekend.

In 2 weeks time, they will release on the weekend of 4th Dec.

They seem to be testing the prospect quest system this weekend, after doing the first scan prospect quest there is explore, research, kill something, gather something, find a biological with no rewards listed. Just doing some beta testing for the devs, running around hoping to find some uniquaraium or origininalium....

Thanks for posting a patch update, can't say enough how much I appreciate the folks on this website.
