Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi,

From my understanding I followed the troubleshooting guide as best as I could. I have already:
-Temporarily disabled/uninstalled all antivirus, firewall and other security software.
-Right clicked and chosen "Run as Administrator" on trainer (game is running on steam)
-Make sure trainer version matches game version and distribution. --> not sure about this one. I just downloaded the trainer so I am assuming it detected my settings?

-I am running online so I don't have to do the offline thing
-I have tried with FLock and NumLock keys on. I used the on-screen keyboard to ensure this
-Did the rest of the steps under "my trainer doesn't activate or respond when I press F1 " as best as I could
-Also, I checked if I have windows media player and I do. I also have the most recent .NET thing. I am running Windows 10.

Dragon Quest XI
cheat happens patch 11/03/18, steam

There are 2 trainers, one regular and one definitive edition. Have the right one?

Okay. Thank you. I never considered that. I've downloaded the right one now. But, it's stuck on "waiting for game" even though my game is running.

The temp folder may have the other data still in it, try the cleaner.

Please delete the trainer, custom keys, debug folder where the trainer resides and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.
